How we work, and what we do not do.

How we work

• We visit the property for full studies and for updates with a site visit. An update without a site visit says so on the report.
• Cost estimates draw on invoices you provide and other sources we name in the report.
• Every report says what was and was not covered, and lists the documents we relied on.
• Prices are published.

What we do not do

• We do not give structural or safety opinions. If a site visit shows possible damage or a safety concern, we tell the board in writing to bring in a qualified specialist.
• We do not make the funding decision. The board does, using the report.
• We do not claim our studies meet any state's law or any lender's requirements. Your manager or attorney can confirm what applies to you.
• We do not quote numbers about ourselves that we cannot back up. There are none here yet because we are new.
