What we collect
- Contact form. Your name, email, role and state, plus any community name, unit count, last study date and message you add.
- Due-date sheet form. Your name, email, company and state, plus the community list you send, which can include names, unit counts, types, dates and locations.
- Kit download form. Your name, email, role and state.
- Studies. If you hire us, the documents, financial figures, access details and photos needed for the work.
- Technical data. Our hosting provider, Cloudflare, processes data such as IP addresses and page requests to deliver and protect the site. Its Web Analytics tool also measures page visits and load times for us.
The calculator runs in your browser. What you type into it isn't sent to us.
How we use it
We use your information to reply, send what you asked for, prepare quotes and studies, follow up as described below, keep records, protect the site and meet legal duties.
Who we share it with
We don't sell your information, and we don't share it for advertising. We share it only as needed with:
- Service providers that run our site, storage and email, including Cloudflare and our email provider.
- Field technicians and field visit vendors, when you hire us. They receive what they need for the visit, such as the address and access details.
- Reviewers, advisers and insurers who help or oversee our work.
- Others, if the law requires it, to protect rights, or as part of a sale or transfer of the business.
Emails from us
If you use a form, we may reply about your request. If you download a kit, we may email you once about your community's reserves. We don't add you to a mailing list unless you opt in. To stop hearing from us, reply to any email or use our contact page.
Cookies and tracking
We don't use advertising trackers. We use Cloudflare Web Analytics to see which pages are visited and how fast they load. When we tested the site on November 1, 2026, neither it nor our site set any cookies. If you choose a light or dark theme, your browser stores that choice on your device. Cloudflare may use other technical measures to deliver and secure the site.
How long we keep it
- Inquiries and kit requests that don't lead to a study. Until we no longer need them to reply or follow up.
- Community lists for due-date sheets. Until the sheet is sent and any follow-up ends.
- Study records. For as long as the study is in use, and as our insurance and legal duties call for.
- Access details such as gate codes. Only until the site visit is finished.
You can ask us to delete your information sooner, unless we need to keep it for those reasons. No storage or transmission is perfectly secure, so please don't send sensitive personal or payment details through our forms.
Your choices
You can ask to see, correct or delete your information through our contact page. Depending on where you live, you may have other rights under state law, and we won't treat you differently for using them.
Children
This site is for people involved with community associations. It isn't aimed at children, and we don't knowingly collect their information.
