These terms apply when you use runwayreserves.com, which is run by Runway Reserves ("we"). By using the site, you agree to them. If you don't agree, please don't use the site. Please use the site lawfully, and don't try to disrupt it or misuse its forms.
Our guides, calculator, state information and comparison pages are general information. They aren't legal, financial, tax, insurance or investment advice, and they aren't a reserve study. Laws, prices and other companies' offerings change, so check anything important against its source, and ask your attorney or other adviser about your community. Calculator results are educational estimates from the numbers you enter.
Our sample report describes a fictional community. Its people, documents, costs and conditions are invented, and its pictures are AI-generated. Don't rely on its figures for a real community.
Published prices can change. Prices for full studies and updates with a site visit include the visit. Nothing on this site is a binding offer. A price, a delivery date or any quote-related offer applies only once it's in a written agreement that you sign. We can decline any request, including where a state, a community type or the scope is outside what we take.
A signed engagement agreement, with its project scope, sets the terms for each study, including the work, price, dates and limits. These website terms don't replace it. If the two differ, the agreement controls for that study, and later changes to these terms don't change an agreement you've already signed. Payment is normally a 50% deposit to book and the balance on delivery of the final report. A study is prepared for the association named in it. See our study limitations.
You may use and change our kits and worksheets for your own association or the associations you manage. Boards and managers may share adapted copies with their communities. You may quote short excerpts with credit and a link to us. Please don't resell them, or republish a whole kit or present it as your own. Other site content, including text and designs, belongs to us or our licensors. Some photos are from Unsplash.
We link to laws, sources and other companies. We don't control those sites and aren't responsible for them.
We provide this site and its general information "as is." To the extent the law allows, we make no warranties about them, and we aren't liable for losses from relying on them instead of getting advice about your community. This doesn't limit any right the law doesn't let us limit, or what a signed agreement says about a study.
California law governs these terms, without regard to its conflict of law rules, unless a signed agreement says otherwise.
